Worldz Travels is an independent travel agency. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline. We act as an intermediary to help you book and manage travel arrangements offered by third-party suppliers, primarily airlines.
All fares, schedules, availability, and rules are set by the airlines and other suppliers and are subject to change until ticketed. Worldz Travels may charge a service fee in addition to the supplier's fare. We disclose applicable fees before you authorize payment.
By providing payment information over the phone, you authorize Worldz Travels and/or the relevant supplier to charge the total amount quoted, including fares, taxes, and service fees.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the fare rules of the applicable airline or supplier, in addition to our Refund Policy. Some fares are non-changeable or non-refundable. Service fees may be non-refundable.
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names and travel details, and for ensuring you hold valid travel documents (such as passports and visas). We are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worldz Travels is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, or cancellations of any airline or third-party supplier. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the service fee you paid to us for the affected booking.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on our website applies to your use of our services.
