Refunds for flights are governed by the fare rules of the airline that issued the ticket. Worldz Travels is an independent travel agency and does not set these rules. Many discounted and promotional fares are partially or fully non-refundable.
To request a refund or cancellation, call (855) 706-3226. Our agent will review your ticket's fare rules and tell you whether you're eligible for a refund, a travel credit, or neither, along with any applicable penalties, before anything is processed.
Worldz Travels service fees (for example, booking or post-ticketing assistance fees) are separate from airline fares and are generally non-refundable, even where the airline fare is refundable.
Once a refund is approved by the airline, the funds are returned to the original form of payment. Processing times are determined by the airline and your card issuer and can typically take one or more billing cycles.
If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, refund or rebooking eligibility is determined by that airline's policy and applicable regulations. We will help you pursue the options the airline makes available.
